We have designed both a single-stage power amplifier and a power amplifier using a power combiner, but we are not achieving suitable results. Please find the screenshots below for the circuit designs.

You can connect input and output matching circuit and find output power.-Where are Output and Input Matching Circuits ?
By doing load pull analysis, you can find optimum load analysis later same is set at the load PA amplifier circuit.-How did you define Optimum Load Impedance and for which purpose ?
You can connect 180 degree 3- dB hybrid coupler and try to combine output power as I have attached screen shot below for your reference.-How do you desire to get an meaningful Output Power by driving the amplifiers with 0° Power splitter ?
-How could you define the Operating Point by using which criteria you've used ?
You can perform DC load line analysis to get the operating point Vds = 28 V and Ids = 20 mA.
For your single stange amplifier, you also got no power gain.We have also designed a power amplifier by using power splitter and combiner at input but we are getting a output power less than input power.
No, you didn't design an "Amplifier", you designed an "Attenuator". It amplifies nothing but it attenuates. Don't you se that ?We have designed a single stage power amplifier and we have got 32.492 dBm for input power of 33dBm. We have also designed a power amplifier by using power splitter and combiner at input but we are getting a output power less than input power. Please find the screenshots below for the circuit designs.
