Hello , I have one PCB. In this I found one SMD component with 3 pin package and SMD code is JCA115. In PCB silscreen indicated D which means diod but I am not able to identify if this is diod or transisitor or if it is diod then I am not aware which toype of diod it is or I am not able to findout datasheet.
Please help me out here as soon as possible. This will really help.
