Hi guys

i was trying to implement economic dispatch problem using Taguchi Method based on Orthogonal arrays..

but i was not able to understand the algorithm given in the paper (Page 2010)

Can some one help me with this in implementing it using a 3 bus generator system and the choice of initial α (alpha) that i need to take ..

i am attaching the paper also as a reference for u peple .. plz help me out..
