How can we find the y-parameters of mosfet given the Vgs, Vds, Vth?
For example if
I1=0,
I2=β (VG-VS-Vth)2{1+λ (VD-Vs)}
VGQ=3V, VDQ=4V, VSQ=0V. Assume β=0.5mA/V2 , Vth=1V, and λ=0.01V-1.

Could you also suggest some books where I can find this?

AC admittance is not going to be figurable from DC model
params. Gate y-params are all AC, it's a nonlinear capacitor.
So there y-params will vary with operating point.

More data or a better question, I think.

This was one of a question in an assignment i saw. Maybe we are supposed to find the small signal equivalent of this and then find the y parameters?
