"Xilinx ISE not supported" appeared when try to burn bode in Nano Board 3000

I am using Altium Designer Release 10 and Xilins ISE 13.1, my problem is that when i make some design and want to implement practically on board, then msg appears on above the fpga chip in altium designer that Xilinx ISE not supported..

Guys i need your help badly kindly tell me which version of Xilinx ISE is supported with Altium Designer Release 10 ... i am stuck in it so badly

i have the exact same problem and searched the net over and over and i didn't find the solution
