xilinx FPGA Virtex II XC2V6000

Hi all,

XC2V6000 has problems in Quality?
It's decapped easily and About 20% of them have failure
when I received them first.

Have you ever heard the quality problem in XC2v6000 recently?

Before you use it .you can use a simple logic to test it . Basiclly , there is no problem in it.

It is almost impossible. It have been full tested before release. I am not sure, just base on common sense. Where did you buy it from? Xilinx's official reseller is more reliable.

I have used thousands of Xilinx FPGAs since 1995, including XC2V6000 in FF1152 package, and have never seen a defective chip.

i didn't have problems of that kind with any of the fpgas i've been using so far
