Does anyone know when such kit will be available and from which vendor?

What do you expect me to do?
He asked for the VirtexII development boards, I replied.

I have been using these development boards(Virtex and VirtexII) for more than one year, and I got them from Annapolis Microsystems.
That is it.

Please be more kind and don't forget that you are in the EDA discussion/tool forum not in bar in Manhattan?
