XDB Unavailable When Ruuning PEX on Mentor Graphics

I am running PEX on Mentor Graphics with my layout.
It keeps prompting me the error of XDB not available and nothing is compared.
It then says that system has tried to restore XDB but failed.
Can anyone tell me what should I do to correct the error?
 

Seems the X11 Window System (necessary for the graphical display & user interface) cannot be started.

Have resolved the issue.
It was caused by the missing label.
 

Which label ?
Could you devellop how you solved the issue ?
I have the same error message...
