Here's project of stabilized power supply. I put pressure on reliability, aesthetics and parameters. Output voltage is 0-30V smoothly regulation by two potentiometers. Output current 3A with smoothly limiter regulations. LED, C.V and C.C diodes indicates current or voltage stabilization. Power supply have secondary winding switcher, thanks to that power lost at executive transistor with low voltage and high current is half lower, it cause that power supply is not heating. Additionally it has ventilator 60mm and ventilator controller, that turn the ventilator on, when radiator temperature is about 60. I decided that power supply should have strong construction, that's why I used metal cover T74, of course shell is connect to ground of power wire. Radiator and main board are attach by aluminum angle. All holes were drill by drill. All wires tight together by hose clip. Under executive transistor and BD135 ( temperature sensor) I put isolation washers and thermo -conduct polish. Output of power supply is a two banana's sockets per panel with maximum socket load 10A. Power button that is on the panel, turn off both power poles. Power supply has analog current and voltage gauges. ( analog are nicer for me than digital). Power board is a Ps302 after modifications ( like summary filtering condensers displacement = 9400 uF). Boards I design and made myself. I made a test for power supply adaptor - throught a few hours with full load and low voltage, and throught 3 hours with circuit shortcut, nothing wrong have happened.

Nice, but have you any problem with the power supply or are you trying to sell it ?

Let us know, could be interesting.
Take care that type of power supplies are ready available on the market for about 30/35 Euro, with digital indicators.
So think about a final price and the possibility to build many in an industrial way.

Also if you want to make a commercial item, think to all the standards and test to perform before selling it.

Author have no problems, we just want to share that project to the world
I thnik he doesn't want to sell it. Just want to show off

Power supply have been tested through few hours and nothing wrong

It will not let me downloa, I've tried to log in but with no joy, any reason why I can't get to log in
