WLCSP packgae .4mm pitch sample gerber

Hi All,
This is a kind request.
I need sample Gerber for 0.4mm pitch WLCSP package HDI board.
I need to know whether this pitch can be done in 3.5milsspacing/trace width in 9x9 Package

Switch your software to Metric and adjust grid accordingly.

Most modern components are hard metric, the de-facto standard for SMD components (IPC-7351) is metric based, all mechanical design is metric, so it makes common sense to layout PCBs in metric...I have done for years.
