wiznet imcu w7100 evaluation board..the chip is getting heated up

iam a PG student..presently am working on wiznet imcuw7100 for doing my project on web server....while working on this kit i found that after the power is given the chip gets heated up very soon....bt am able to download files and all...is this a problem??plz help me
