Wiring used in automobiles especially in cars & their color codings ?

Wiring used in automobiles especially in cars & their color codings ?
 

Hello danishdeshmuk,

Color use for
light blue pilot lamps and signal lamps
brown ground
yellow low beam light left
yellow/black low beam light right
green interrupter to ignitions coil
gray license plate illumination, side marker lamp and rear lamp
red from starter motor to alternator, Ignition - and light switch and to fuses connected to clamp #30
black from battery to starter motor, light and ignition switch and ignition
{white} driving beam light left
{white}/black driving beam light right
gray/black parking light left
gray/{pink} parking light right
black/{white} direction indicator left
black/green direction light right

This collors are use in european car.

I never noticed any consistency in wiring color choices
and modern cars reuse the same few color*stripe for
very different purposes (I've found this out the hard
way when modifying harness routing).

It would be a good idea to get the diagram for the
particular vehicle in question, rather than betting on
some standardization across all.

I don't know, how it is in your country, but here in Germany and some other European countries the colors are regulated by DIN 72551.

Also , what about Black wire with Red Spots , White wire with red spots , White wire with black stripes , Red wire with black stripes ?
