On wich freq. does a wireless mouse and keyboard usually work??

There isn't like a Defacto MOUSE FREQUENCY . It depends where you find the cheapest componets ..I have observed a lot of wireless low cost devices in the 433Mhhz and in the 911Mhz .. and also now in the 2.4 Giga new band !.. I just received some TOSHIBA complete 2.4 GHz Trasceivers for less than $2.00 !

My cdma phone interferes with my mouse and the pointer is moving rapidly on the screen!

This is a classical EMI problem. The receiver for your mouse is probably a diode detector. It will pick up every signal near by.
