WINSOCK client cannot connect with server!

Hi

My winsock client is unable to connect with a server

Running in the wince x86 emulator.

Is this a simple problem?

I am using a normal TCP server client program.

Expecting quick reply

You can use an trace program like ethereal to see if anything is wrong.

the link you had send is good,it has information about troubleshooting, analysis, software and protocol development, and education.do you have any experience in implementing protocols?

You mean writing ? No i did not wrote them but troubleshooted - telco protocols No7 MAP R1 R2 CS1 ..
