How can i install Windows XP my net book (which haven't CD drive -Dell INSPIRON mini.) from a USB drive please help me ?

You can use hiern BootCD. Download hiren BootCD from below link.
Download Hiren
The link I gave is of version 15.1. You can download earlier version also like 9.1, 10.1 etc. They are smaller in size.
Follow the instructions.
