Windows Vista in Chinese, need to change to English

I got a laptop with Windows Vista pre installed. However the installed version of Windows Vista is in Chinese. Can I change it to English? If Yes how? Pls help me out here?

The only way to get Vista in English is to buy a new DVD with it :) You can`t change tha language of the OS.
