Hello , some one have information about calculations of wind resistance in parabolics reflectors? actually i´m workinng a 1,2 mts antenna and i`m want to know how to make a good structure for this antenna. :)
thanks a lot!!

Covering it in a plastic housing will greatly reduce the wind resistance perpendicular to the dish but increase it in the other direction.

Another trick is to have small holes in the dish or make it from screen material with the parallel wires 1/20 of a wavelength apart.
