Hello people, i would like you guys to see the pic i attached below.. Will this circuit actually work? It's supposed to be a trainer for the MC68HC11 set in expanded mode.. I was thinking of connecting a HD44780UA02TF @ HD44780UA02FS as my output. How do I connect it actually?

Thank you.. I'm really desperate to know the answer bcos i'm not smart about fixing hardwares..
