Wiggler error: SC100CCSProtocolPlugin : CCS: Command Converter not Present

Hi,

I am using Wiggler with code warrior for Starcore DSP for debugging SPTWIMAXCC1E board from Freescale.

When I try to connect to the board using Wiggler I get this message

"SC100CCSProtocolPlugin : CCS: Command Converter not Present"

Is it a problem with Parallel Port?
and How to over come this Problem?
