Is it possible to have the wideswing current mirror for bandgap circuit.
Does this work properly in silicon. Where do I need to have the start ups.
(please see the attachment for circuit)
thanks in advance.

it can work.
it design for a low supply voltage.
you should add a startup circuit at the gate of Q12&Q6
or Q16&Q3

Thank you Sunking..
Will you please clarify, start up point is at the gate of Q12&Q6 or Q12&Q2

I was thinking it is at the gate of Q3 and Q2.

if the gate voltage Q12=low, Q11=high, what happen
