Can you help me? Why we need to cancel offset voltage in comperators in ADC?
 

Because your LSB can be no tighter than your worst
offset voltage error (as-corrected).
 

Comparator offset is an error in the accuracy of comparison point so it affects the ultimate accuracy of the ADC. The ADC accuracy can thus be no better than this offset.
