Why we can put together 5V VOLT and 15 V GND?

5V VOLT and 15 V GND

In practical we can't put together 5V VOLT and 15 V GND at one point....

I wonder why?
 

5V VOLT and 15 V GND

Perhaps the 5V (probably logic supply?) switching noise would intefere with the 15V (probably analog, DAC/ADC/opamp?).

Need more info on the circuit to tell for sure.

what is 15V source and 5V source supply for?
It is difference circuit block generate noise and effect another circuit.
