Why transistor NE3210S01 still oscillates when gate is biased almost -3v?

I can't understand why is this?
- both source pins directly grounded through two holes to back side of PCB, so there are no any additional inductance
- gate is biased -2.5v
 

Make sure you have a coil (filter) on the DC bias sources. These hidden signals could perturb you device.
