What is the difference in measuring a capacitor (e.g. 20uF) with these 3 methods?
A Fluke 117 meter (that has a capacitance measurement option)
A capacitance meter such as Keysight E4981A
Using an oscilloscope and pulse shown in https://ezcontents.org/measuring-capacitance-oscilloscope
