why rc oscillator output is sine wave,not a square one ?:roll:
 

probably should be because of the capacitive effect on the signal.

not satisfied..can u explain:-| if barkhausen criteria is ok,the system become unstable and starts oscillating.. i know that.but my question is y it is sine wave,not square ?

It depends upon the design. Some RC oscillators operate as multivibrator or relaxation oscillators which generally output a square-wave. Other RC designs can output a sine wave using feedback networks such as Wein Bridge or Twin-T types. Here is a description.
