LAN91C111 vs. W3100A

Why SMSC`s LAN91C111 more cost then
WIZNET W3100A (built-in stack) + RTL8201BL + Trans + RJ45?

Are LAN91C111 is best?

LAN91C111 is a 100MBit/s speed chip

The difference between these products is:

- CPU Accesses
8, 16(!) and 32(!) Bit | 8 Bit only

TCP/IP stack
Your own | Built in

PHY
Integrated | External

The temperature range, °C
-10 to 70 | up to 40 to 85 (I version)

So LAN91C111 is not the best. But seems to be it is a good chip.
