why is it necessary to fix the density errors in the layout?
 

density errors?

Non-uniform density creates local stress, thus decreases the yield.

Density error fix is a must ..because there would be a definite density number per XxY window.
If anything less it creates a non-uniform structure....kind of potholes in regular surface road.....
if density is more it kind of creates a hump..... hence needed to match correct density.,

for uniform planirazation ,thus increasing yield..
