I want to ask a question

Hi, all, My teacher tell me that when design RF, we must think about the channel module effect, because the frequency is high. I don't know how to understand this word.

Re: I want to ask a question

Give your threads meaningful subjects.

You should ask your teacher questions and read the course material.

Perhaps you are thinking of channel length modulation? Google.

I want to ask a question

It seems little relationship between them.

Re: I want to ask a question

perhaps you mean channel modulation effect? If you are designing an RF transceiver, this modulation effect will introduce distortion into your signal, which will appear as harmonics in the freqency domain.

This can be troublesome if not filtered, especially at t he mixer stage
