Why I get Access Denied message when I want to open rapidshare.com?

Hello,
i don't know whether it is the right place to ask or not but whenever i tried to download any file from rapidshare the following error comes.

While trying to retrieve the URL: **broken link removed**

The following error was encountered:

Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.

even if search from google the error and my search term contain rapidshare it displays the smae result...

i'm not able to find out the problem ...
lpz help me solving this..

Hi,

It seemed that your ISP provider blocked that site....

Try accessing it through proxy.
