why i can't see menu in pri*meti*me

when i run GUI interface by input command primetime.
the GUI interface is invoked.but i can't see any menu,it just like a white board.i use SUN solaris UNIX,and run it from a pc by X-win32.

Hi,

Try close other GUI application, like Netscape ..
and bring oup PrimeTime again.

I can run pt_shell,and I can run primetime GUI interface in a sun workstation,but i can see only a white board when run primetime GUI from a pc by x-win32.I think there must be some errors between x-win32 and SUN solaris.

Did you try "refresh" on the sun from the x-win32?
Perhaps there's not enough memory for graphic on your pc.
What version of PT are you using?

Why not use other tools from windows to unix(solaris)?
I used a tool which have the same function too,but I have forgotten the name.
You can search it online.

thank you for your all advices
i solve this problem by install the new version of x-win32. i find the old version x-win32 5.3 may generate this problem so i uninstall it and install the x-win32 5.4
