Hi:

I was using Pspice 9 student version to learn some simulation. I input a transistor from the breakout library, and then to edit the model file. It's fine when I worked with Schematics, and I can modify the model file as I like. But when I worked with Capture, I find I can't modify the model. Every time when I checked the simulation result, I found it always use the same model file associated with MbreakN transistor. My modification doesn't work. If any experienced person can give me a hint to make the part to link to the new model file.

Thanks,

Hi:

I have to answer this question by myself. A ghost must be in my computer to make it failed yesterday, and work well today. I don't do anything today, I just try to do simulation again, and it works. Should I complain the tool?

I WANT to add MAT04 transistor into the library but I dont know how to do can you tell me please

right click on your MbreakN transistor, then click Edit PSpice Model
a PSpice model editor will come up, make sure u use standard Spice Syntax
Hope this helps
