[SOLVED] Why can I connect with my own library ?

Hello guys,

I created my own library, but when I import to PCB, the component can not connect into other component on the PCB, why is that ?
attach the file I created,

It seems you are using altium designer.
you need to add your library to the project and save the project and try.
Also you need to install your libary(In PCB file go to DESIGN- ADD OR REMOVE LIBRARY,a window will pop up.INSTALL YOUR LIBRARY AND MOVE UP TO HIGHER PRIORITY)
