who know this error when using cst mws 5.0? thank you !

I encounted this error today: The calculation seems to be unstable! Consider reducing the value for the stablity factor in the solver specials options or reduing the PBA fill limit in the automesh properties. This error means what? I guess that is because i had adopted an unfit template, i should adopt another template or just not choose template at the beginning. Any help will be appreciated!

Can i delete the template if i find it is unfit or i can only substitute it with another one ?

I also encounted this error message.Then I followed its advice: reducing the value for the stablity factor in the solver specials options . After that , the solver can successfully run but I don't know the difference and whether the result is right or not.
