Ear and mouth simulator

Can anybody provide links to manufacturers of "ear and mouth simulators" (i.e special microphone/speaker assemblies - B&K for example) for electroacoustic measurement on telephone handsets?

I think Brüel & Kjaer providing artificial ear assemblies.
