who have used the cygnal MCU?

Did you used proteus to simulate the cygnal MCU? Proteus pro haven't supplied the model of cygnal MCU. where can i find the file to simulate? I'm studying the c8051f0000.
 

cygnal has ice in chip and debug is not
expensive,his debug can use in series
cygnal MCU,i used in c8051f020 and
c8051f040
