Who has the MOSIS Ami 0.5um Padframe for Cadence?

I downloaded the padframe .cif file for mosis website and imported it into cadence, but there were many many many errors after I did DRC.

So, who has the correct padframe for Cadence? Could you send me a copy?

you can get the file from the foundry
but, you need register and sign some agreement
