who has the file 'lattices.txt' metioned in the manual.

There is a file 'lattices.txt' metioned in the translight software manual. But I cannot find it anywhere. Could you post it or Email to me if you have it?

this manual say nothing about the location of the file although it discusses the file contents
 

the file that i want isn't in translight manual.
