who has some experients for the RF layout of phone , such as GND , Power , RF line and shielding case?
 

a lot books available for this,you can get some practical idea from reference design.
 

Read the Art of Analog Layout and Alan Hastings. It is the best out there. The rest of layout knowledge comes through the wisdom "practice makes perfect"

Are you talking chip or board level layout? For board level, em simulators may help. For chip level layout, "the art of analog layout" and "IC Layout Basics, A Practical Guide" may help.
