who can give me some material about the RF over optical cable. i am doing the project that the RF over optical cable,but i donot know how to calculate the gain of the rf to rf end, the noise figure of the rf -to rf end. the rf over optical transmiter and the PIN receiver is designed, they are analoge optical transmiter and the analoge receiver,but i donnot know how to analysis the whole link from the rf to rf,who can give me some material aout this !

Good thing to start with will be the optical budget.
You can find a lot of websites on this and here is an example:

To performe right calculations you will need to know: power of your transmitter, sensitivity of receiver, losses of fiber optic cable, number of connectors etc, etc..
