which tool can gener spice stimulus ??

spice stimulus

It can generate like jitter or CLock source for hspice ...

like testBench can generate clock --> us PWL ..
for spice /workview ...

but it can not generate jitter source ..
 

hspice pwl random jitter

waveformer pro v6.5 converts digital waveforms into spice stimuli.
 

waveform 65 can generator "random jitter clock ??"

by the way , spiceExplorer also can generator PWL source for
spice
