Ladies and Gentlemen,

I need pre-cut RF foam (carbon loaded for E-field) absorbers to stuff the shield above the board. (1) The thickness (with all coating/film) is 0.125" with maximum at 0.15". (2) I need oil resisting layer on the cutting edges so that silicone oil will not seep through. (3) I need adhesive layer on the surface facing the shield and electrical insulation film on the other surface.

I have polled a few companies and haven't got what I need. Anybody has an idea what to go? Any tip appreciated. Thanks much.

There is a US company that makes a wide variety of such material. **broken link removed** They make rubber like sheets with adhesive on one side which will meet your needs.

Readers should notice that both of our avatars come from the original illustrations of the Sherlock Holmes stories.

Thanks very much, guys. Yes, the original Sherlock Holmes charts are so KOOOL!
