I was talking to a guy from a company where they seem to use a schematics design tool that I have never heard of.
The guy said it was called viewlogic or vie-something... He said it only runs on unix, and the netlist output is used in cadence allegro. It may be from Mentor graphics, but not sure.

Do you know which too it might be?

That thing in your link doesn't seem to be a schematics design program.
Also the program might have been renamed in the past few years and the guy might have been referring to its old name. The latest mentor sch program is called xdx designer.
