Which protocol will send data from FPGA to a device at 4Mbit

simple serial method

hi all my friends
i want to send data out from FPGA to external device at rate around 4MBit/s,
which protocol i should choose?
BTW, this data is not bidirectional and is one sided- FPGA to out-
tnx in advance

What about distance?
Data formatted or streaming ?

Use SPI or ST-BUS.
