which prog. language use to multiplex video signals??

hellooooz my friends,
this is my 1st request and i wish u help me...

if i want to multiplex more than one video signal into one channel and transmit this channel (with the control signal) to another pc and disply them all in the same time { monitoring system } , which programming language u advice me to use ??
