I think ADS is more reliable and has more flexibility.

Have you checked the conditions of sale?
Ansoft does not give you unlimited time, you pay a license for a year or,
and than you got to renew it.
How many people are going to use it ( multiple licensing)?
In my experience, Ansoft is very good but very expensive,
so value for money is not there.
