Hello Friends,

I am quite naive when it comes to software. I am using an embedded processor (386 architecture) SOC. I want to build an application using this processor which will take data from two serial ports and give this data to a GSM modem. I have to control the GSM modem using AT commands which will also be issued from the processor. Please help me to know which operating system I should use and on what platform or environment I can develop my application program.

The processor module which I will be using is DM&P (ALi) M6117D System-On-Chip.

Looking forward to your help.
Thanks a lot.
