I am working on high gain (500) photomultiplier amplifier. The main problem is which op amp to chose to get 10MHz bandwidth with two amps? With mosfet amps the bandwith is to low (only 1-2 MHz). I manneged to get 10MHz with current back op amp AD8001, but the amplifier has to low input resistance (for low voltage pulses 5-15mV).

So which opamp to chose?

Thank you for your help...

Re: Which OPAMP?

Can somebody give me a hint in which op amp category (mosfet, bipolar, ...) should I look for?
