The options are:
Microelectronic Circuits: International edition [Paperback]
Adel S. Sedra (Author), Kenneth C. Smith (Author)

and

Fundamentals of Microelectronics [Hardcover]
Behzad Razavi (Author)

I wish to buy one of them. Which one should I buy and why?

You can click to look inside each book and also read the reviews on Amazon.com.
You may struggle to find someone who has read both of these books.
I only have the former and not the latter, so I cannot compare for you.

I have read Sedra's book but do not remember seeing razavi's book in the library. I wish to buy one of them and thus would like to see what others have to say about it.

I have read Sedra, it was good.

I have read two other books by Razavi and they were both pretty good.

Almost all books in this field cover almost the same stuff. Sedra is the standard textbook .
