Which of the Japanese PCB layout packages is most easy to learn/use?

Hello,
Please tell the answer.
I think Zuken is a Japanese one? (eg Cadstar, Zuken 2000, etc)
 

Why be specific on Japanese?

For Zuken AFAIK you have CR8000 or CADSTAR.
Both are completely different to each other and for different markets so different levels of complexity.

I thought you had already experienced CADSTAR?

Is there any other Japanese PCB software vendor?

Surely they will have their preferred package and not leave it to you to decide?
BTW - both are in English. :)

Again all packages are as easy or as complex, it depends on the user, their level of commitment and willingness to learn... the basics of PCB design do not change it is just how you achieve the same ends with different packages...
