Which microcontroller is best for moving my career ?

hai all,

i wants to move my carrier in embedded field. please can any one of u suggest which microcontroller is best for my carrier.

You have to secify an application or at least general ideas.

8051 is the most widely used,
PIC is the most supported one,
AVR is the most price/performance one,

You can use PSoC from Cypress if you need analog interface.

Start with PIC microcontroller has a simple assembly commands, and all tools available on the manufacture www.microchip.com
